How to: Add a page break to a form.
Solution:
In the Form Design view, click 'Page Break' from the Toolbox, and select the desired location for the page break.
1) 1) If the Database window is not active, activate the Database window.
2) Click the 'Forms' tab in the Database window.

3) Select the desired form from the list box. (The selected form is highlighted.)
4) Click 'Design'. (The selected form appears in the Design view, and the floating Toolbox appears.)
5) Click 'Page Beak' from the Toolbox. (The Page Break button appears depressed.)
Click 'Page Break'
6) Move the mouse pointer to the left edge of the form to select the desired location of the page break. (The mouse pointer changes to the 'Page Break' symbol.)
7) Click to select the desired location. (The page break symbol appears as seven small dots at the left side of the form; the selected page break appears with three handles along the symbol)

8) (Optional) To move a page break, do the following:
a) Click to select the page break. (Handles appear on the page break symbol.)
b) Move the cursor between the handles until the cursor becomes an open hand.
c) Press and hold down the mouse button.
d) Drag the page break to the desired location.
e) Release the mouse button.
NOTE: Position the page breaks above and below controls to keep data output uniform.
